Amy is now part of an elite group of the world’s best photographers after receiving the 2008 Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) Highest Scoring Print (Wedding Open) Award and winning Top 5 ABIA Australian Wedding Photographer of the Year in 2010, along with many other Australian and International Awards. Simply Photography specialises in wedding photography in Sydney, Penrith, Baulkham Hills, Windsor, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and north coast areas. However, Amy is also in international wedding photographer and specialises in destination weddings and will travel interstate and overseas to ensure that you have only the best on your wedding day. No place is too far!

Great photos do not happen by accident, a professional photographer will capture your special moments and transform them into amazingly beautiful images. A professional photographer not only has the technical ability to work in difficult lighting situations but can also capture those intimate and spontaneous moments as they happen. Why take the risk?
Yes. During your initial meeting you will get to meet with your photographer, this photographer will be your lead photographer on the day.
Yes, depending on the package you choose you will get two photographers. One will be the lead photographer whom you met at your initial meeting, and the assistant will be the second photographer. Depending on your package the lead photographer will often conclude shooting at the start of the Reception, at which point the second photographer will become the main photographer of your reception. Both are professional photographers.
The first thing you need to do is check if we’re availability. If we’re available, a 30% security deposit is required to secure your booking, along with the signing of the wedding agreement, which is a legal binding agreement. This means that we will NOT take any other bookings for that day and you have our services exclusively.
We use only the highest quality professional camera equipment. Our Canon camera equipment is updated and serviced regularly. Our photographers always carry a back up set of professional equipment, with a range of lenses from super wide to super zoom. This ensures we can capture the whole scene as a beautiful landscape, as well as the close up moments. Our photographers also carry back up devices to keep your images safe on the day.
Simply Photography will travel to any destination for your wedding.

Yes. This is one of the many benefits of choosing Simply Photography, being an associate member of the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography). We have a large team of professional trained photographers that we can call on in times of need.
There is no limit to how many photos we take during your wedding day.
Certainly. However we do ask that Simply Photography are the sole official wedding photographers. This allows us to ensure we capture every moment of your wedding day unobstructed.
With your contract you will receive a do’s and don’ts sheet that you bring with you to your final consultation the week before your wedding. At this time we will discuss the style and images to ensure we capture everything you’ve ever dreamed for your special day.
Our photographers are very experienced in all weather conditions but it is always important to have a backup plan incase of bad weather. We recommend you purchase umbrellas to suit your wedding theme. Most hire car company’s carry a supply of umbrellas.
Our turn around time is approximately three weeks after your wedding day. Upon the final consultation a week before your wedding we will arrange a time suitable for your cocktail viewing, this is where we invite you and your family into our studio to view a slideshow of your images whilst enjoying a glass of champagne and nibblies. Your proofs will be available to take home after the viewing.
Yes! During the cocktail viewing session three weeks after your wedding day, our design team will have a sample album ready for you to view. After viewing your slideshow, you have the option to set aside a few hours (allow up to 4 hours)to choose your favourite photos and begin the designing session. This is where we work together to design the album of your dreams. Each of our wedding albums are custom ordered and hand made to the highest quality possible. It is for this reason we allow 10-12 weeks from the date your album is approved.
Yes, every package includes an option to have your high-resolution files on usb.
